Muslims should take advantage of the global financial crisis to build an economic system compatible with Islamic principles, influential Sunni cleric Sheikh Yusuf al-Qaradawi said on Sunday.
“The collapse of the capitalist system based on usury and paper and not on goods traded on the market is proof that it is in crisis and shows that Islamic economic philosophy is holding up,” said the Egyptian-born, Qatar-based cleric.
“The Western system has collapsed and we have a complete economic philosophy as well as spiritual strength,” he said at Sunday’s opening of a conference on Jerusalem.
“All riches are ours… the Islamic nation has all or nearly all the oil and we have an economic philosophy that no one else has,” Qaradawi said.
He urged Muslims to “profit from the crisis to bring about the triumph of the (Islamic) nation, which holds the spiritual and material resources for victory.”

Islamic takeover of U.S. already under way
Even though I do not believe that Barack Obama is a Muslim today, what will it mean to the Western World if a Muslim-named man becomes president of the United States of America? Well, some say it will be good and help Muslim’s reconsider their negative view of America. Possible… but there is an even bigger problem that comes right along with that understanding: Islam wants to expand and fill the whole earth with their religion and it will not benefit us to have someone with Muslim ties in his past who might just help the whole Muslim world along as they seek to takeover the U.S. The problem is not appearance, instead, the problem revolves around the fact that Muslim people will fight until their way of life is implemented on everyone around them in whatever culture they move to.
The below article is a very telling story of what happened to Lebanon, a former nation of Christian principles and a liberty, and what is already beginning to happen here in our own United States of America. Do not be fooled, Islam is the greatest enemy to freedom in this world today.

An expert on terrorism is warning the United States should be fighting Islamization, which she believes already is under way. And author Brigitte Gabriel should know: She watched it happen in her native Lebanon.
“Lebanon used to be the only majority Christian country in the Middle East,” Gabriel told radio talk show host Andrea Shea King in a recent hour-long interview “Most people today do not know that. We were the majority, the Muslims were the minority, but as the years went by, the Muslims became the majority because of their birth rate, but also because of our open-border policy.
“We welcomed everyone into our country,” Gabriel said, and people didn’t realize that the “minority,” the Muslims in the society, “was not tolerant” and “did not believe all people were equal.”
“They tried to impose their way of thinking on us, and they succeeded,” she said.
The result, Gabriel said, was that a radical terrorist organization tied to Islam, Hezbollah, now rules in Lebanon.
As WND reported, Gabriel is fearful that terrorists believe now is the time to strike at America, while it is distracted by financial tension and election turmoil. She expressed the concerns during an interview with KSFO’s Barbara Simpson, when she also discussed her new book, “They Must Be Stopped: Why We Must Defeat Radical Islam and How We Can Do It.”
How Long Will We Be Able to Openly Speak the Truth About Islam and the Muslim World?
KUWAIT CITY : Kuwait Human Rights Society (KHRS) Chairman Dr Adel Al-Damkhi has asked the government to put pressure on the officials of ‘YouTube’ — a video sharing website — to delete all derogatory statements about Islam and Muslims from the site, reports Al-Seyassah.
Urging the authorities to take the necessary legal action in case the website fails to erase the statements, Al-Damkhi stressed “uttering profanities against Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) is the worst form of human rights violation in the world. Attacks on the values and tenets of Islam are extremely dangerous and unacceptable.â€
Al-Damkhi pointed out the United Nations Human Rights Council (UNHRC) strongly condemns attacks on the holy prophets and religions. He confirmed KHRS recognizes the importance of freedom of conducting scientific research, exchange of information, and significance of the latest technologies and media on human lives, but it is against how ‘YouTube’ depicts Islam. He said this is an outright violation of the human rights of millions of Muslims all over the world.

A federal court decision approving mandatory public school instruction for children as young as kindergarten in how to be homosexual is being allowed to stand, drawing a description of “despicable” from the parent who unsuccessfully challenged his school district’s “gay” advocacy agenda.
The U.S. Supreme Court without comment has refused to intervene in a case prompted by the actions of officials at Estabrook Elementary school in Lexington, Mass., who not only were teaching
homosexuality to young children, but specifically refused to allow Christian parents to opt their children out of the indoctrination.
The case on which WND has reported previously involves Massachusetts father David Parker, who with his wife now have withdrawn their children from public schools, for which they continue to pay taxes, and are homeschooling.
The decision by the Supreme Court leaves standing the ruling from the appeals court for Massachusetts, where Judge Sandra Lynch said those who are concerned over such civil rights violations “may seek recourse to the normal political processes for change in the town and state.”
Earlier District Judge Mark Wolf had ordered that school officials’ work to undermine Christian beliefs and teach homosexuality is needed to prepare children for citizenship, and if parents don’t like it they can elect a different school committee or homeschool their children.
Culture News: Connecticut Judges Mandate Same-Sex Marriage
The Washington Post reports:
The Connecticut Supreme Court overturned a state ban on same-sex marriage yesterday, ruling that it “discriminates on the basis of sexual orientation” in violation of the state constitution.
The 4 to 3 ruling made Connecticut the nation’s third state to legalize gay marriage through the courts, joining Massachusetts and California.
While the case was pending in a trial court, the Connecticut legislature passed a law in 2005 that permitted same-sex couples to enter into civil unions that grant essentially the same rights available to married couples. But the law defined marriage as “the union of one man and one woman,” and the focus of the case shifted to whether this stipulation was permissible under the state constitution.
“Interpreting our state constitutional provisions in accordance with firmly established equal protection principles leads inevitably to the conclusion that gay persons are entitled to marry the otherwise qualified same sex partner of their choice,” Justice Richard N. Palmer wrote in the majority opinion. “To decide otherwise would require us to apply one set of constitutional principles to gay persons and another to all others.”
Under Connecticut’s constitution, therefore, “same sex couples cannot be denied the freedom to marry,” Palmer wrote. [Continue Reading…]

Islam is not going away and the last thing Westerners, especially Christian Westerners, need to do is ignore what is going on in Europe and in their very own back yards. Islam will not rest until it is either defeated or the whole world is converted to or conquered by Islam. Muslims do not believe that their will be peace in the world UNTIL Shariah Law is implemented in every nation for all the people of the World.

Dear friends,
Thank you very much for inviting me. Great to be at the Four Seasons. I come from a country that has one season only: a rainy season that starts January 1st and ends December 31st. When we have three sunny days in a row, the government declares a national emergency. So Four Seasons, that’s new to me.
It’s great to be in New York. When I see the skyscrapers and office buildings, I think of what Ayn Rand said: “The sky over New York and the will of man made visible.†Of course. Without the Dutch you would have been nowhere, still figuring out how to buy this island from the Indians. But we are glad we did it for you. And, frankly, you did a far better job than we possibly could have done.
I come to America with a mission. All is not well in the old world. There is a tremendous danger looming, and it is very difficult to be optimistic. We might be in the final stages of the Islamization of Europe. This not only is a clear and present danger to the future of Europe itself, it is a threat to America and the sheer survival of the West. The danger I see looming is the scenario of America as the last man standing. The United States as the last bastion of Western civilization, facing an Islamic Europe. In a generation or two, the US will ask itself: who lost Europe? Patriots from around Europe risk their lives every day to prevent precisely this scenario form becoming a reality.
My short lecture consists of 4 parts.
First I will describe the situation on the ground in Europe. Then, I will say a few things about Islam. Thirdly, if you are still here, I will talk a little bit about the movie you just saw. To close I will tell you about a meeting in Jerusalem.

Tim Gill, the secretive Colorado software multi-millionaire and behind-the-scenes “gay” activist who has boasted of his strategy to buy up campaigns for pro-homosexual candidates, soon may be learning he cannot buy the First Amendment.
Gill, whose strategic campaign donations in 2004 largely are credited with turning the GOP majority in the Colorado statehouse into a Democratic bastion and whose work in 2006 helped install Democrat Bill Ritter, a vigorously pro-abortion campaigner, in the governor’s office, has been blamed by Christian organizations for the success of a new Colorado law that bans the Bible in the state.
But the Christian Family Alliance of Colorado and Liberty Counsel are teaming up on a soon-to-be-filed lawsuit expected to highlight the apparent First Amendment violations of SB200, the state law that bans references to homosexuals that could be perceived as “discriminatory” and raises the issue of whether the law applies to the Bible’s label of homosexuality as an “abomination.”

Last year, hidden cameras proved that violence, intolerance, and bigotry are being preached in UK mosques–even in mosques that claim to be moderate and peaceful (click here to watch the original program). Many of the leaders who were exposed promised to clean up their mosques. “Undercover Mosque” returned recently to see whether these leaders have kept their promise. The footage shows that violence, intolerance, and bigotry are still being preached. But I’m sure Muslim leaders will promise (again) to clean up their mosques.
Knowledgeable viewers will notice how the producers of the show are doing everything in their power to convince us that these violent teachings have nothing to do with Islam. They say of some teaching, “But this is nowhere in the Qur’an,” as if we don’t know that it’s in the Hadith (the second source of Sharia). There’s a great deal of irony here. “Undercover Mosque” sets out to expose the deception of mosques that claim to be peaceful while secretly preaching violence. But the writers of the show go to liberal Muslims to learn about Islam, and these liberal Muslims completely misrepresent Islam to make it sound peaceful. So if we go to the mosques, they lie and tell us they’re preaching peace. If we go to liberal Muslims, they lie and claim that the Qur’an and Hadith promote peace and tolerance. Wherever we go, Muslims are trying to deceive us. Do you know who isn’t trying to deceive us? Osama bin Laden. You can say what you want about him, but at least we know where he stands.
